What is One-Time Password (OTP)?
It is a unique 6-character code that can only be used once and is sent only to your registered mobile number. It serves as your main password that's unique with every login and expires 5minutes after you receive it.
How Do I Change My Password?
OTP provides a strong layer of online protection for you. The login process will not be completed without the correct OTP that is sent to your registered mobile number. This prevents others from accessing your lifePOI account.
If I have various mobile numbers, is the OTP sent to all my numbers?
Your OTP will only be sent to the mobile phone number you registered in lifePOI account.
How can I follow someone covertly without alerting them?
lifePOI supports peace of mind by creating a safety network of people who matter most and helps seniors to take control of their lives enabling assisted living services. lifePOI does not track people it keeps them safe. It is not a tool to spy on users. Everyone you request to track has to explicitly allow you to do so by giving you his/her PIN and accepting your request. The app also presents a persistent notification, which clearly shows the user that the lifePOI shares his/her location. The user can disable anytime the service and enable it again with a shaking.
